DY-HDC Hydraulic Double-Cylinder Pre-Heater is the necessary equipment in thermoplastic road marking applications. The machine adopts multiple integrated hydraulic variable speed transmission big torque stirring device, which can do positive and negative agitation according to application need. The furnace chamber adopts four-ring fire efficient energy saving burner. The cylinder ektexine adopts integral thermal insulation device. The machine has the features of high efficiency of melting paints, continuous long working hours, easy to operate and maintenance, etc.

1) Engine: 18HP water-cooled electric-startup diesel engine.
2) Hydraulic stirring: The diesel engine drives stirrer to do positive and negative agitation through gear pump, multi-channel integrated hydraulic controlling valve, overflow valve and hydraulic motor, etc.
3) Heating: Liquefied petroleum gas is provided to the burner in the furnace chamber and the external ignition through the valve. The burner is imported four-ring fire burner.
4) Melting pot: The punching pot bottom is made of special steel with anti-scorching, high temperature resistance. It is equipped with vertical vane agitating device. The pot capacity: 2*350kg.
5) Structure: high strength and temperature resistance welding structure. The outer coving is made of cold rolling steel with oxidation and high temperature resistance and high strength. Its surface has been sprayed paint with abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance. Monolithic high polymer thermal insulation materials are packed between the inner bucket and the ektexine, and the thermal insulation performance is good.
6) Ventilating system: Four dumping chimneys at the top of the pre-heater fully discharge the smoke in the chamber.
7) Safety: Equipped with overload protection device which can avoid incorrect operation.
8) Temperature display: Equipped with 0-300℃ temperature display meter. The heating temperature ≤ 300℃.
9) Net weight: 900kg.
